Konnichiwa-guan. I'm Pav, I manage the holistic, all encompassing practice of client experience at TC. I essentially amplify and adapt our ability to provide you the best care as a client. Aside from being the only person in the office who doesn’t see clients directly lol, I am a creative builder with the technical background to solve almost any issue at TC and enough entrepreneurial background to convince myself to take a swing at it regardless. A lot of what I do is self taught but with sturdy foundations in comms and client focused principles providing the structure of everything I build. From curating this website, to the branding of TC, guiding the alchemy of social media, to developing the model for Caesura– our latest expansion into somatic client care, my job is building and maintaining a reliable bridge between you and the incredibly valuable community healing that our therapists provide week in and week out.
